Common Questions
How do I restore BandPin Access?
Open the app and go to Account Settings, then choose Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
How do I switch between Fan and Band account types?
If you created the wrong account type, delete the account in the app, then sign in again using the same email address and choose the correct role.
Who manages BandPin Access billing?
BandPin Access subscriptions and renewals are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
How do I update a band profile image?
You can update supported images directly in the app. If you are replacing an existing image, remove the current image first if needed, then add the new one or use an image URL where supported.
Why is a location or venue not showing correctly?
Search and map results depend on available place and venue data. If a result is missing or inaccurate, try a more specific search using venue name, city, or full address.
